Just add Baileys Salted Caramel Truffles for an extra-special Hot Chocolate, the perfect way to warm up this winter.

Ingredients

Serves 1

250ml milk heated

50ml Baileys original Irish Cream

1 Baileys Chocolate Bombe

5 Baileys Chocolate Salted Caramel Truffles

To decorate:

Whipped or squirty cream

Caramel sauce

Marshmallows

METHOD

1. Roughly chop 3 of the truffles and place in a mug with the chocolate Bombe
2. Pour in half of the milk and stir until the chocolate has melted.
3. Add the rest of the milk
4. Decorate with the cream, sauce, marshmallows and remaining truffles chopped..
5. ..or for chocolate sauce, melt with the remaining truffles with a splash of cream and drizzle on top.
