Baileys Ultimate Brownies
Rich. Fudgy. Swirly. These are the brownies you share. Made with Baileys Chocolate Truffles inside and Baileys Chocolate Whirls baked through the centre. Go on, give it a Whirl.
Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate (70% is best)
8 Baileys Chocolate Original Truffles, chopped
250g unsalted butter
300g light brown sugar
4 large eggs
75ml Baileys Irish Cream
100g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
The stars:
8–10 Baileys Chocolate Whirls, unwrapped and chilled
Optional topping:
6–8 Baileys Truffles (melted)
1 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
Chocolate curls or flaky sea salt to finish
Method:
> Preheat to 180°C (fan 160°C). Line a 23cm square tin with baking paper.
> Melt the chocolate, truffles, and butter over low heat. Let cool.
> Whisk eggs + sugar until light and fluffy.
> Stir in melted chocolate + Baileys.
> Sift in flour, cocoa, salt. Fold gently.
> Pour half the batter into the tin, nestle in the Whirls, then cover with remaining batter.
> Bake for 30–35 mins. Cool in tin for 1 hr.
> Optional: drizzle with melted truffles + Baileys. Finish with curls or salt.
Slice, serve, and wait for the oohs.
