Baileys Chocolate Sundae
Ingredients
60ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream (250ml)
102g (1 pouch) Baileys Chocolate Original Mini Delights

2 Sundae glasses

Method
- Chop up 102g of Baileys Chocolate Original Mini Delight truffles.
- Place 50g of the chopped Baileys truffles evenly into each Sundae glass.
- Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of these chocolates.
- Add in another 25g chopped truffles in each glass and add in another scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Pour 60ml Baileys Original Liqueur over the ice cream in each glass.
- Top with the remaining 25g chopped truffles, garnish with chocolate syrup and get those spoons to work, enjoy…!
